Birthstone Jewels: 10 Unique Sapphire Finds

Wednesday, September 19, 2018

Worn by royalty and synonymous with loyalty, sapphires have been talked about and treasured for ages. Records of the September birthstone’s power to ward against evil go as far back as 800 B.C.

In more recent times, the stone has been a symbol of romance, including the iconic Rockefeller Sapphire from Burma that John D. Rockefeller, Jr. gave to both his first and second wives, and the famous engagement ring which once belonged to Princess Diana and is currently worn by Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

In celebration of the sapphire, we’ve rounded up 10 favorites here. Whether you have a September birthday or not, click on to shop the styles.
