The Tribeca Grand was buzzing with stars last night after a special screening of the new film Killer Joe. Hosted by Andrew Saffir and The Cinema Society along with Bally , “Killer Joe” star Matthew McConaughey and his pregnant wife Camila Alves celebrated afterwards at Chelsea nightclub No. 8, where guests like Mélanie Laurent, Alan Cumming, Courtney Love and Michael Shannon sipped DeLeon tequila cocktails.
McConaughey and Camila, in her tight Herve Leger dress, posed for pictures, however, McConaughey wasn’t the only hunky attendee. Fan favorite, John Stamos looked handsome as ever in a black suit and square rimmed glasses.
This William Friedkin film, the man who also directed The Exorcist, has an exciting Texas murder plot which also stars Gina Gershon and has appearances by Friedkin himself and script writer Tracy Letts
