Zuma Introduces Five New Seasonal Cocktails

Contemporary Japanese restaurant, Zuma, has introduced five new seasonal cocktails with flavor profiles that will appeal to a variety of palates. The New York location has a new Bar Manager, José Cespedes, who formerly managed The Bazaar by José Andrés South Beach, Katsuya, Cleo and Bazaar Meathas. José is the mastermind the mouthwatering, palate-pleasing new cocktails. These include Beyond the Promenade, Brooklyn Falls, Sogen, Ammiri and Ginger Wasabi Mule. The drinks are the perfect blend of flavors to drown their drinkers into pure autumn bliss.


In addition to its New York location, Zuma has restaurants internationally as well as in Miami. With Zuma’s new lineup of drinks, we can start to get in the Art Basel mindset, which takes place in Miami.
