Last night, on a starry night atop the terrace of the Gramercy Park Hotel, AVENUEinsider fell in love...

“He” is from France–the love child of Moet & Chandon.

Okay, okay, “he” is really the French Champagne House’s newest venture–Moet Ice Imperial. This champagne is the first ever of its kind, specially made to be served over ice (bring on the summer heat!). It’s a blend of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay with notes of mango and guava, licorice and peppermint.

Amongst other industry-folk, on the beach-themed rooftop, we enjoyed the first glass garnished with strawberries and mint, the second (round 2 was a must) with ginger. Tres magnifique!
