The 20th Annual Flower Show Dinner Dance was held at the Pierre last Wednesday. The annual dinner dance from the The Horticultural Society of New York was a presentation of floral art, with arrangements from twenty-four renowned designers. The event raised money to benefit the Horticulture Society’s goal to provide education, horticultural therapy, job training, and urban greening to communities in New York City.

The night kicked off with a cocktail reception, sponsored by Taittinger. After the cocktail hour, Chairman of the Horticulture Society of New York Kamie Lightburn was awarded The Award of Excellence to Chairman of the Board for her dedication to the organization. The award was presented by Jared Goss, Vice Chair and Secretary of The Horticulture Society of New York. The award was followed by a video presentation honoring Kamie, concluding featuring a surprise live dance performance.
