“The course of true love never did run smooth.” Shakespeare was right in most regards, but not about Mr. Morgan’s Summer Soiree. The Young Fellows of the Morgan Library and Museum presented their annual celebration of the arts on Thursday, June 15. Just a few nights before the first day of summer, the guests braved the crisper temperature in summer cocktail attire. They danced the night away with music by DJ Timo Weiland in the gorgeous Gilbert Court, the heart of Morgan campus.

On the host committee for the event were Sabina Ahuja, Sarah Belz, Eric Blair-Joannou, David Chan, Alexander Clark, Helen Cousar, John Diebold, Nick Domino, Celeste Drubner, Adam & Emily Gasthalter, Jun Ge, Marissa Goba, Emma Hart, Calvine and Wright Harvey, Alexander Hurst, Andrew Klaber, Eric Mandel, Hillary Mazanec, Claire Merrill, Mallory Morgan, Alicia Serrani, Christopher Sheeron, Kate Runde Sullivan, Lauren Vogel, Emily Waisbren and Derry Wilkens.

The Young Fellows of the Morgan are a group of young professionals who have a deep passion for the arts and literature of the Morgan Library and Museum. The Summer Soiree was a way to thank those who appreciate the cultural word that the Morgan Library and Museum represents.
