Two hundred of New York’s real estate industry leaders gathered for the AIPAC Real Estate Division’s annual summer luncheon on June 25th. It was held inside the Extell Development Company’s One57 building.

One57 is the tallest residential building in New York City, towering at 90 stories high. It currently is still under construction but guests got to get an exclusive sneak peek at the spectacular view that the owner of this unit will experience. With a 360-degree view, this unit will start at an asking price of $30 million.

This year’s reception was held to support the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Washington’s pro-Israel lobby.

AIPAC’s New York Real Estate Division was founded in 2008 and has grown to over 500 members. Their 2014 real estate luncheon will be on October 27th. Industry giants Milton Cooper (Kimco Realty Corp.), Daniel Benedict (Benedict Realty Group), Justin Green (HaysVentures, LLC) and Ofer Yardeni (Stonehenge Partners, Inc.) will serve as chairs for the event. AIPAC’s Real Estate Division Director is Joseph Nadis.

Some other important industry luminaries in attendance were Richard Bassuk with The Greystone Bassuk Group, AIPAC Real Estate Division Founding Chair, Craig Solomon with Square Mile Capital, chair of the AIPAC Real Estate Division and Mitch Rudin, past chair of AIPAC Real Estate Division.
