Wednesday night’s action-packed screening of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War brought together a round of stars and A-listers to the Henry R. Luce Auditorium in Brookfield Place. Hosted by The Cinema Society, Audi and FIJI, attendees mingled and flashed smiles for the step and repeat throughout the evening.

The new flick based on the treasured comic book series is the third release in the Captain America franchise, starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Emily VanCamp, Marisa Tomei, Tom Holland, Frank Grillo, Martin Freeman, with William Hurt and Daniel Brühl.

An after-party followed, because as they say, the city never sleeps. Celebrations continued into the late hours, by the water overlooking the picturesque North Cove Marina. Those in attendance included the award-winning directors of the film, Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, as well as leading roles of the film, and guests including June Ambrose, Olivia Palermo and Johannes HueblI-Hua, and Jaimie Alexander.

Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War hits theatres today, May 6.
