Our party spies tell us that U2’s Larry Mullen, Afro Pop singer Youssou N’Dour, composer Philip Glass, and super model Belinda Baidoo feted Grammy-award winner Angelique Kidjo after her sold-out concert at Carnegie Hall at a dinner hosted by art dealer and Fela producer Edward Nahem. The group, joined by Fela star Kevin Mambo and Zap Mama’s lead singer Marie Daulne, kept Trattoria Dell Arte open past 2 am. Bono and The Edge sent flowers. Hey Bono, send us some U2 CDs too.
