Calling all yogis! If you’re looking for a way to bring some fun (and friends) to your normal workout, you’re in luck.


Pure Yoga and TY KU Sake have partnered to bring a series of “Après Yoga” happy hour classes this month.


The creation of “Après Yoga” was stemmed from the idea of encouraging social activities after practicing yoga. In addition to tasting delicious, sake is beneficial for health and made with four core ingredients: rice, water, Koji, and yeast. Another perk of the refreshing beverage? You can toast it among great company and it allows you to unwind without undoing your workout.


Get ready to zen out and enjoy a dose of TY KU Sake after class between 6-8pm on Thursday, August 13th at Pure Yoga West and Thursday, August 20th at Pure Yoga East. For more info, visit tykusake.com.
