Last night, April 27, AVENUE hosted a party to celebrate our April issue and its cover-star Sam Fox. The event gathered friends and family of the magazine and its cover star. His parents, Tracy Pollan and Michael J. Fox, along with friends and family members including Corky Pollan, Joyce Cohen and Lori Pollen were there to celebrate the young Fox. In the interview, the 26-year-old opens up about the Michael J. Fox foundation, growing up with a movie star father and paving his own way at startup onefinestay.  Guests mingled, sipped Alacran and Forever Young wine and enjoyed the views from the balcony of the private residence at 25 Beekman Place, where the party was held.

Representatives from Town Residential, our co-host, were also there, and flipped through the April issue to check out our real estate feature “Mad Men of Real Estate.” As the sun went down guests headed to the balcony and rooftop to enjoy the stunning views of the river.

Attendees included: editor-in-chief Daisy Prince and president Randi SchatzZach Boren; Susan Feinman; Nora Tofano; Mack and Juliet Monaco; Claire, Jared Cohen; Ian Bates; Evan Olenof; Theo Vandermeer;  Cassandra Seidenfeld; Tiffany Goode; Bella Campbell; Eva Saleh; Ally Dean; Fernando Formosa; Adele Nino; Joy Marks; Gary Fields; Michael and Ross Levine; Wendy Maitland; Dr. Penny Grant; Howy Rosen; Jean Shafiroff; Denise DeLuca; Scott Sanders; Jade Dressler; Jane Pontarelli; Sandy and Dan Teitelbaum; Suzan Kremer; Meredith Ostrum; Nicole Noonan; Renee and Richard Steinberg; Tracy Stern; Andrea and Joel Wernick; and Rosemary Ponzo.
