At 6 p.m. tonight, the AVENUEInsider will be live-blogging at the unveiling of The Modern Collection: Manhattan House’s signature-designed larger residences featuring celebrated designers James Huniford, Celerie Kemble and Rita Konig.

The Modern Collection is comprised of five residencies that offer larger square footage, extra bedrooms and more spacious layouts overall.  These residences range in size from 1,900 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet and are priced from approximately $3 million to over $6 million.

Manhattan House is a true icon of Modernist architecture and is located in the heart of the Upper East Side at 200 East 66th street. Designed in 1950 by renowned architect Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Manhattan House was landmarked by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 2007.

Please join the AVENUE team and Manhattan House for some cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a tour of these amazing residences. We look forward to seeing you!
