Beautique’s hidden lounge opens to the public

For those searching for a perfect place to have an intimate drink, Beautique has just announced the openings of their hidden lounge. Thanks to the team of Frank Roberts and head Chef Craig Hopson, the former executive chef of Le Cirque, the lounge offers an exceptional cuisine in a modern and refined atmosphere. Located in the heart of Manhattan, next to the iconic Plaza Hotel and Paris Theater, the cuisine offers seasonal tastes of modern America combined with classical French techniques.

The Snack menu features delights such as Smoked Salmon Profiterole with Cream Cheese, Dill and Cucumber; Pork Belly Slider with pickled cucumber and celery root slaw; Lamb Slider with mint relish and roasted tomato; Steak Slider with red onion jam and ramps; Duck and Millet Croquettes with ramp aioli; Half Dozen Oysters and pear pepper mignonette; Marinated Tuna Tartare with sesame crackers and avocado tapenade; Seasoned Fried Potatoes or the Artisanal Cheese Plate Selection. Apart from the luscious snacks, you can enjoy an exquisite selection of cocktails from the James Beard-nominated mixologist Charlotte Voisey. Some of the signature cocktails are Central Park Beauty, La Mexicaine, The Gabrielle or Deauville Julep. The lounge opens at 9pm until 4am every Tuesday to Saturday.
