BENOIT: FROM PARIS TO NEW YORK, WITH LOVE

Now that we’re in the midst of March, there’s plenty to celebrate: more daylight, warmer weather, and finally beating those winter blues. So what better way to welcome in the spring season than over a delicious meal and drinks with family and friends? Well, for all the french food lovers out there, there’s good news from Parisian bistro Benoit.

The midtown Manhattan hotspot is serving up one sweet special at their black + white Parisian bar, and it’s happening now through the end of March. Among the decadent options include the Steak Tartare Special for $35, which includes Benoit’s signature hand-chopped prime beef tartare, alongside a fresh and crisp watercress salad, as well as a glass of wine, and a choice of pastry from the restaurant’s dessert trolley.

Owned by Alain Ducasse for the past eleven years, the Paris-born bistro which started in 1912, expanded to several locations including—you guessed it—New York, and brings about a certain je ne sais quoi to each space with décor that evokes classic French style (think red velvet banquettes, vintage posters, and romantic light fixtures).

All in all, whether you’re planning an upcoming lunch or happy hour, Benoit is certainly the place to be.

60 West 55th Street, New York. 646. 943. 7373.
