Hold the press. A fashion show? With Manolos? And tea? Am I dreaming?

Nope! And it’s all for a good cause.

Come join us at Breast Cancer Alliance’s 18th Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show Thursday, November 7th from 11 am to 2 pm at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Old Greenwich, CT.  Co-chaired by Julie Johnson and Loren Taufield, “Kick Up Your Heels and Step Out For Pink!” will feature special guest speaker, NBC anchor and reporter, Pat Battle and promises to be a stylish event you won’t want to miss! Founded in 1996, Breast Cancer Alliance (BCA) has become one of the largest private, non-corporate organizations for supporting breast cancer survivors and their advocates in the US, garnering support from notable New Yorkers like Brian Williams and Wendy Sarasohn. Its funding has contributed to breast cancer research, breast surgical fellowships and breast health education and outreach programs.

Manolo Blahnik (yes, the Manolo Blahnik) has created two pairs of shoes exclusively for BCA—with a sweet little dedication on the soles—sold only at Richards in Greenwich, CT. As if we had to sweeten the deal, 20 percent of proceeds from sales will go to BCA. Get them while they’re hot!

Notable sponsors include Greenwich Hospital, Richards/Mitchells, PepsiCo, Stamford Hospital, Williams and Company, Nestle Waters, N.A., Kekst and Company, Equinox, Georgetown Cupcakes, Maidenform and Sondra Roberts.

Tickets and tables start at $350 and $5,000, respectively. For more details, click here.
