Carolyne Roehm Launches New Book “At Home In The Garden”

Tuesday, October 27, 2015

Carolyne Roehm has done it again! The style icon, author, photographer, and all-around tastemaker, is launching her new book today entitled, At Home In The Garden, published by Potter Style.

As her 12th book, Roehm (who also wrote Flowers and A Passion for Interiors) expands on her passion for gardening with a beguiling tour of her historic Connecticut residence. The 304-page read easily transports you to another world, with over 400 photos taken by Roehm of her 59-acre home—including picturesque shots of topiary, cutting gardens, a vegetable patch, garden furniture, and occasional appearances of her adorable dogs.

In addition, At Home In The Garden features a number of Roehm’s floral watercolor paintings and personal reflections about her compelling life, humbling effects of nature, and tips on how to find beauty in just about everything.

All in all, the book is as exquisite on the inside as it is on the cover. And another perk: it easily doubles as lovely coffeetable decor. So go on, pick up a copy, sit back, relax, and enjoy.
