Monday afternoon in Columbus Circle, the Bird in Hand Foundation in collaboration with Alison Storm, Jonny Podell and Rachel Goldstein, celebrated Joy Nugent‘s recent book launch for her new work As Good As Goodbyes Get. The book’s full title is As Good As Goodbyes: A Window Into Death and Dying, and that’s exactly what it serves as. It shows us that being prepared for the end of life’s journey can make it a positive learning experience.

Along with Joy, Jonny, Alison and Rachel, some of the other guests at Landmarc were Adam Nelson, Andrew Nugent, Lynley Bennett, Tamara Gibb, Joanne Heyman and Lucy Campbell.
