The world’s top culinary talents gathered together to cook at the Third Annual Cookies for Kids’ Cancer Benefit on February 23 at Metropolitan West. Such renowned chefs as Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Dan Kruger, James Kent, Marc Murphy, Marc Forgione and Christina Tosi stunned audience with immense variety of textures, colors and flavors, satisfying more than 400 guests of the gala.

Everyone of the acclaimed chefs prepared a four-course meal for an intimate gathering, with an after-party featuring dozens of idiosyncratic desserts from such sweets-specialists as Dominique Ansel and Eleven Madison.

As the top mixologists, Julie Reiner and Michael Neff, prepared supreme beverages at the cocktail reception, guests participated in one-of-a-kind auction, while enjoying a special performance by Jill Hennessy. All proceedings from the event will go to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer to benefit pediatric cancer research.

Among notable attendees were Gretchen Witt, Paul Rudd, Randy Frenchette, Paolo Mastropietro, Princess Beatrice of York, Elvis Duran and Athena Calderone.
