Citizens Committee for NYC’s “Autumn in the Park” Party

Tuesday, September 15, 2015

Finally, fall is here! To celebrate the leaf-crunching, pumpkin-picking season, Citizens Committee for New York City will be hosting their 40th Anniversary of “Autumn in the Park”.

The event aims to raise funds to support their organization and improve the quality of life in the big apple. (In the past, their earned dollars have gone to initiatives including creating school gardens, planting trees to better the environment, and launching free soccer camps for low-income youth).

So what exactly is “Autumn in the Park”? The cocktail celebration will be a party filled with light fare and drinks, live jazz, and gondola rides at the lovely—and iconic—Loeb Boathouse in Central Park. This year’s event will honor Sharon L. Levine, partner and vice chair, bankruptcy, financial reorganization and creditors’ rights at Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

The event will happen next Thursday, September 24, from 6-9pm at the Central Park Boathouse. For more info and to purchase tickets, visit
