David Yurman presents ACRIA’s 2014 cocktails at sunset

Monday, July 21, 2014

The staff of ACRIA envisions a world without HIV. A world where everyone who suffers from HIV can receive the treatment, care and support they need and deserve. Their daily efforts are to ensure those suffering can one day lead healthy, productive lives.

ACRIA’s annual events serve as fundraising grounds to support its efforts. One of those events is Cocktails at Sunset. This year’s benefit was presented by designer David Yurman.

Cocktails were accompanied by a silent auction followed by a dinner at the beautiful Beechnut Hill Farm in Water Mill this Saturday. Co-hosts Ross Bleckner, Jeffrey Collé, Deborah Hughes, David Kleinberg, ACRIA vice president Isabel Rattazzi and ACRIA president Stewart Shining were excited to welcome guests.

Supporters and friends alike went out to show their loyalty to ACRIA’s efforts and advocacy. Benjamin Bashien, Polina Proshkina, Di Mondo and Christian Langbein were some of these friends and all are avid supporters of ACRIA.

ACRIA’s staff is grateful to have earned the support of Yurman and his wife Sybil. Both who were also in attendance.
