DBGB Kitchen & Bar celebrates 5th ANNIVERSARY

Wednesday, July 9, 2014

Last night, AVENUE Insider attended an exquisite celebration of DBGB’s 5th anniversary in their iconic restaurant on 299 Bowery Street. The Chef of the restaurant, Mr. Daniel Boulud, is know for his exceptional culinary skills as well as entrepreneurial. As an owner of multiple prestigious restaurants in the US, such as Daniel ranked as the 4th best restaurant in New York, this four-star chef definitely knows how to impress his customers. DBGB restaurant, established by Mr. Boulud and his partners in 2008, is located in a post-industrial building with interiors designed to create a perfect mixture between American tavern style and typical French Brasserie.

Food served during the celebration was a perfect reflection of Mr. Boulud’s cuisine. Guests were offered tasty wines and tropical drinks, different variations of fresh seafood, to grilled meat, burgers, hot dogs, delicious selections of French pâtés, cheeses, sweet macarons, and much more. Throughout the evening, guests were entertained by a 6-piece jezz ensamble called Carte Blanche, who performed a mixture of French and American jazz songs from the 1920’s and 30’s.
