Everyone seems re-obsessed with style icon Jackie O lately, so what better time for the auction house Bonhams to sell the Jackie Kennedy tribute Cadillac at The Grand Palais in Paris on Feb. 5. The 1961 “Jacqueline Coupe” was made by Italian coach builder Pininfarina in honor of the First Lady the year her husband, John F. Kennedy, was elected President of the United States. The pre-sale value is estimated at 200,000-3000,000 Euros.

The car was on display at the Pininfarina Museum for thirty years before Alain Dominique Perrin, the President of Cartier and a major car collector, bought the automobile in the mid- 1990s. The car is now road-ready and the interior is exactly as it was when first created.

So drive a Jackie O – let the bidding wars begin.
