Elle magazine celebrated 25 years and their new tome called ELLEments of Style, which peeks into the closets and fashionable lives of everyone from Dita Von Teese to Minnie Mortimer to Mad Men‘s Christina Hedricks to actress Tracee Ross (that would be Diana’s daughter). The huge bash was at The Museum of Modern Art and the room looked like 25,000 people from the world of fashion were all there.

Want a short list of names? Of course you do. Elle Editor-in-Chief Robbie Myers, Vera Wang, Nicole Miller, Olivia Palermo, Mario Grauso (his just-ex wife Anne was at The Whitney Studio Party), Joe Zee, Minnie Mortimer, Diane Von Furstenberg, Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra, Rachel Roy, Veronica Webb, Andrew Saffir, Richard Chai, Lennox Lewis (knock out!), Kid Cudi, Robert Burke, Antony Todd, Amanda Ross, Erin Fetherston, Zani Gugelmann, Yigal Azrouel and Patricia Field (with long bright red hair and Ann Slater style blue shades).

“They make the room such a pretty hue,” Field told me. “I like when things look pretty.”

Peter Som showed up with date Lauren Remington Platt who was wearing one of his dresses. “I love the feminine cut of the dress and thought the neckline was very “Mad Men” style,” Platt said.

Singer Estelle, who is also in the book, sang and the crowd danced and then guzzled more champagne. Who looked the best? Check out our gallery of glamorous gorgeousness and judge for yourself. Happy Birthday Elle! XOXO
