Erno Laszlo Institute Hosts Charity Cocktail Event in Celebration of National Anti-Bullying Month

Wednesday, October 22, 2014

On Thursday evening, Sean James and Be in the Know About Bullying teamed up with legendary skincare brand Erno Laszlo and Kings of Cole apparel to raise awareness about bullying and to celebrate National Anti-Bullying Month with an influencer cocktail and shopping event.

While Erno Laszlo may not be the most obvious choice to join forces with the cause, given the mission of the storied institution, it makes sense.  From its very inception, the Institute was built on the premise on helping people feel better about themselves and gain more self-confidence through ahead of its time beauty products. As for Sean James, he shared that he started the organization at George Washington University after experiencing constant bullying for his biracial heritage.

Notables including Tracy Anderson supped on light bites provided by Neuman’s Kitchen and sweet treats courtesy of Spots NYC.  Proceeds from the evening benefited “Be in the Know” as well as the “Stand on the Side of Love Documentary.”
