On the first night of spring 2017, AVENUE celebrated the redesign of its print magazine, its logo and this web site at 14 East 11 Street, a striking, just-renovated 21-foot-wide, seven-story townhouse in the heart of New York City’s Greenwich Village.

The Redesign-Rebirth-Renewal-Renaissance fete was co-hosted by Avenue President Randi Schatz, Editor-in-Chief Michael Gross, and Douglas Elliman’s Lauren Muss and Michael Passaro, brokers for the $23.5 million townhouse listing.

In the crowd: Donald Sultan, Nina Griscom, Allison and Leonard Stern, Joanna Mastroianni and Gideo Lewin, Judith Agasim, Gerry Byrne, Kipton Cronkite, Barbara Hodes, Ben Widdicombe, Anthony Haden-Guest, Denise DeLuca, Shari Rollins, Chip Fisher, Norah Lawlor and Jeffrey Bradford, R. Couri Hay, AVENUE editors Kelly Laffey (who wrote the March issue’s cover story on Julia Restoin-Roitfeld), Wendy Sy and Ben Diamond, Roland Nivelais, Emma Snowden-Jones, Mariana Verkerk, Christophe von Hohenberg and many more.

Sydney’s Tailor Made did the nibbles and Vie Vité wines were served. Allen Dalton Productions and DJ Super Dave rocked the house and the crowd.
