An exciting new retail concept store had it’s VIP launch last night, June 17.

Seaport Studios, located on the corner of Fulton and Front Streets, welcomed the likes of Olivia Palermo, Chelsea Leyland, Jennifer Fisher and Scott Studenberg and John Targon of Baja East.

The 5,000-square-foot new creative space will host the best of New York’s emerging talent in a series of pop-up stores, with a coffee shop and gallery also filling the venue.

Each designer on show has been hand selected for their unique style. The launch saw creations from Baja East, Rochambeau, GLASS, Manebi, Jennifer Fisher, Union SURFboards and Finell. Modern art from Baron Von Fancy and Esmeralda Kosmatopoulos will be on display on the second floor. The line up will remain until July 27.

The Seaport area is currently undergoing a huge regeneration and Seaport Studios has been designed to celebrate its maritime and trading history.

Seaport Studios opens to the public tomorrow, June 19.
