Fashion Fancies Flora: RAOUL and Saks Fifth Avenue Collaborate to Benefit the New York Botanical Garden

Thursday, March 13, 2014

Tuesday night at Saks Fifth Avenue was all about fashion – and flora.

Rising Singapore-based sportswear company RAOUL collaborated with Saks for an event in support of the New York Botanical Garden, a partnership that prompted the iconic store to match a percentage of RAOUL’s $15,000 donation to the organization dedicated to supporting the plant kingdom.

The affair was hosted by Cristina Cuomo, Sharon Jacob, Nathalie Kaplan, Alexandra Lebenthal, Annie Lansing, Gillian Hearst Simonds, Beth Taylor, and Genevieve Wheeler Brown, all of whom appropriately donned lavish looks from the RAOUL Spring/Summer 2014 Collection, setting the night’s style standard sky-high.

A stylish crowd that included the likes of Dr. Elizabeth Comen, Jan Mercer Dahms, Christina de Marval, Naeem Delbridge, Eva Fahler, Dr. Dendy Engelman, Paige Hardy, Michelle Harper, Victoria Heart,  Johanna Kronfle, Elizabeth Kurpis, Claudia Lebenthal, Melissa Lee, Stacy London, Julia Loomis, Ellen Lubman, Clare McKeon, Fernanda Medina, Gillian Miniter, Heather Mnuchin, Flora Petakas, Rowaida Plumeri, Amelia Prounis, Lauren Day Roberts, Susan Shin, Lauren Shortt, Christian Simonds, Antonia Terjanian, Carmen Torruela, Annabel Vartanian, Jorie Widener, Marcy Warren, Tanya Wells, and Nina Whitman, spent the marvelous evening perusing RAOUL’s spectacular new collection, as the musical stylings of DJ Stef Nava livened the night.
