To imply that last week’s party celebrating Francisco Costa‘s Spring 2012 collection for Calvin Klein was a star-studded affair would be an understatement. A vast understatement. The designer’s collections have become staples of Hollywood red-carpet moments (both Emma Stone and nominee Jennifer Lawrence donned the designer at this past Oscar ceremony) and editorials from Italian Vogue to Glamour Magazine. Having presented his latest collection on the last night of fashion week, the designer and his team gathered their VIP supporters for an intimate dinner and drinks soiree at Flatiron restaurant ABC Kitchen. Model/Muse Lara Stone was of course on hand to barrage the designer with kisses of congratulations. Actresses Naomi Watts, Ashley Greene, Uma Thurman and Chloe Moretz all stunned in designs from the collection, while actor James Marsden provided enough eye candy to keep all of us ladies satisfied.

It was a fashion affair like no other, with editors from Teen Vogue (Amy Astley), Elle Magazine (Joe Zee and Robbie Myers) and stylish society gals Lauren Santo Domingo, Meredith Melling Burker and Aerin Lauder all toasting the evening.

Celeb stylist Rachel Zoe, accompanied by hubby Roger Berman also attended, as well as former assistant Brad Goerski. Considering the dramatic episodes of the new season of her show, we were all waiting for a showdown between the two but alas, the soiree remained civilized. Maybe next time?
