Gagaland opens its doors

Tuesday, November 22, 2011

The much-anticipated Lady Gaga workshop at Barneys opened last night, and everyone from Neil Patrick Harris, Blake Lively to Prabal Gurung, Lynn Yaeger, Michelle Harper and Lady Gaga herself (in a Chanel dress) showed up to get their first look at the wondrous world of Gaga. The 5,500 square foot space features trippy wall patterns, a Lady Gaga Train and a Lady Gaga spider, among other things. Selected in part by Lady Gaga fan Nicola Formichetti, the merchandise on display includes Swarovski-encrusted tea-cups, plastic Yottoi armadillo-shoe earrings and Ipad covers decorated with images of raw meat. With 25% of the proceeds going towards Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, the new workshop has anything and everything you Gaga-obsessed heart desires!
