Soulcycle adds classes in East Hampton

soul cycleGet ready, get set, and head out to East Hampton to engage in your hardest workout yet… SoulCycle edition. This July, SoulCycle is excited to introduce SoulSummer Body classes. Finally, you can achieve your summer fitness goals and it will work you both on, and off, the bike.

Kickstarting this new workout class series is Akin Akman. Akman will feature an army-style boot-camp that will have you sweating bullets and improving your form, agility, strength, and endurance. His class will be daily at 11:15 AM July 8-14 and August 5-11.

Next is Rique Uresti. Uresti has been a fitness guru for over 20 years. Group fitness instructor is just one title on his list of accolades. His promise to you is this: “Everyone is going to say amazing things about your toned butt on the beach after a week of SoulSummer Body classes and riding!” His class will kick your butt into shape with full-body strengthening and toning. It too will be daily at 11:15 AM July 15-21 and August 12-18.

Last, but certainty not least, is Emily Turner. Turner will have your muscles crying in a cross training class that is both on, and off, the bike. She has designed this workout to pinpoint every inch of your body. You will gain core strength and upper and lower body strength you didn’t know you had. Her class is also daily at 11:15 AM July 22-28 and August 19-25.
