To kick off NYFW on a stylish (and supportive) note, Macy’s teamed up with the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection, for a star-studded fashion show at Moynihan Station, next Thursday, February 11.

This year, more than 20 inspiring and powerful women will walk the runway clad in—you guessed it—red dresses, by top designers in an effort to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke in women. Celebrities who will be in attendance include Fran Drescher in Le Petite Robe di Chiara Boni, Gail Simmons in Nicole Miller, Candace Cameron Bure in Badgley Mischka, Olivia Culpo in Marchesa, Marilu Henner in Escada, and more.

“Heart health is something many women don’t think about until it’s too late. But more women die from coronaries than all cancers combined, and they tend to put the needs of their family above their own. But in this case, self sacrifice could be fatal!” said Drescher, actress, health activist, founder and president of the Cancer Schmancer movement. She noted her Le Petite Robe di Chiara Boni dress “is the perfect red for my skin tone, plus the lines of the gown are extremely flattering and the fabric is forgiving.”

The Red Dress Collection fashion show was founded by The Heart Truth in 2003, to educate women of the need to protect their heart health and to shine a light of inspiration for them to take action. Drescher adds, “It’s a fun way to bring national attention to such a worthwhile cause!”
