H. Stern Celebrates The Holidays In Support of Delete Blood Cancer

Monday, December 15, 2014

On December 11th, Brazilian jewelry company H.Stern and Delete Blood Cancer, part of the world’s largest network of bone marrow donor centers, hosted their third annual holiday event at the H.Stern NYC boutique (645 Fifth Avenue). Katharina Harf, co-founder of Delete Blood Cancer, and hosts Vanuce Pedreiro and Belinda Brito welcomed guests for an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and live bossa nova music.

Supermodel Coco Rocha attended last night’s event in support of Delete Blood Cancer, for which she has been a long-term advocate. Son of heavyweight boxing champion by the same name, Evander Holyfield Jr., saved a life by donating bone marrow in 2012 and was also in attendance to highlight the cause.

A portion of proceeds from the evening will benefit Delete Blood Cancer; 100% of funds donated will be used to register potentially lifesaving bone marrow donors for patients in need.

To date, H.Stern has provided funding to register more than 234 potential bone marrow donors.
