Ryan Murphy made one of last year's most-talked-about anthology television series for FX network, American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson.  On Monday night, he sneaked the first two episodes of his next sure-to-be-hit, Feud, the eight-episode story of the making of Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?, starring Jessica Lange as Joan Crawford and Susan Sarandon as Bette Davis.  Rounding out the cast are Kathy Bates, Judy David, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alfred Molina, Stanley Tucci and Kiernan Shipka.  The screening of this red-meat series at the Paley Center was followed, appropriately enough, by a dinner of strip steak at The Monkey Bar.  In the peanut gallery:  Gay Talese, Kathy and William Rayner, Faye Wattleton, Damian Chazelle, Sutton Foster, Martha Stewart, Bob Balaban, Tony Bennett, Karen Duffy, Paul Feig, Michael Gelman, Lena Hall, Mary Harron, Catie Lazarus,  William Ivey Long, Frances Rivera, Rosanna Scotto, John Stossel, Michael Xavier, Carole Radziwill, Richard E. Grant, Bethenny Frankel, James Lapine, Louis Licari, Patrick Pacheco, Jean Pagliuso, and Alexandra Pelosi.
