The best way to lure people to real estate is definitely a cocktail party.

So on August 1, Carolyn and Paul Zweben at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, along with Howard M. Lorber and Natalie Abraham, hosted an exclusive launch party at 73 Bleecker Street with AVENUE Magazine and Tourneau.

The glamorous apartment is listed by Natalie Stone Abraham and Paul Zweben from the Zweben Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. On display around the home for the cocktail party were dozens of beautiful Torneau watches to dazzle those in attendance, if they were not already dazzled by the apartment itself.

David Burke, from Iron Chef, and his restaurant Tavern 62 catered the event, and guests were lulled by the music of the fabulous electric violinist Filip Pogady

Other guests included Gretchen Matthews, Caitlin Hausser, Silvette Julian, Wendy Diamond, Paul Bologna, Michael Tebano, Florence Eng, Marina Dojchinov, Elle Johnson, Anne Flanagan, Richard Gellmen, Michelle-Marie Heinemann, Isacc Lazerson, Jane Pontarelli, Tracy Stern, Michelle Churchill, Donovan Locke, Michelle Dellinger, Jamie Antolini, Fatina Ramos, Roberto and Dora Abril, Katherine Mesa, Pamela Morgan, Francesca Ginadi, Murat Nazarov, Payal Chaudhri, Aj Jain, Lauren Lawrence, Daniela Rava, Adele Nino, Lauren Kim, Michael Lantino, Mark Shannon, Rafael Sowi, Heather Burns, David Steinberg, Katlean De Monchy, Natalie Stone-Abraham, Lucia Hwong Gordon, Gianna Guo, Yimeng Xie, Rosa Bruno, May Yi, Dawne Marie Grannum, David Hakimian, Susan Lee, Maria Vowteras and Yin-Chu Jou.
