James Lowther x Jackie Astier celebrate CONCEPT

Monday, July 7, 2014

Saturday in Southampton Jackie Astier, designer of ASTIER, in collaboration with James Lowther, the founder of The Lacquer Company, celebrated the opening of CONCEPT.

CONCEPT’s Southampton store is being called an innovative collaboration of designers that create a modern off-duty lifestyle. It has been open since Memorial Day.

CONCEPTĀ is the product of a talented duo who are so colored in fashion accolades their repertoires make a rainbow look dull. Astier and Lowther want the store to be the hot spot for hostess gifts, interiors, art and fashion. Their approach is to make you feel like your at home. They’ve designed the store to mirror a chic cottage of an eclectic collector, full of must-haves.

CONCEPT will be continuously evolving and will feature new merchandise each week. Their unique products can not be found anywhere else on the East End.

The celebration welcomed many guests. Some of these included Lisa Salzer, Jennifer Creel and Clarissa Bronfman; all who are contributors to the store’s merchandise.
