Julian Schnabel and Martha Stewart Celebrate EN Japanese Brasserie’s 10th Anniversary

One of New York’s most famous and authentic Japanese restaurants, EN Japanese Brasserie, celebrated its 10th anniversary last night with a party hosted by Julian Schnabel and Martha Stewart.

The restaurant opened in 2004 to rave reviews. Located 435 Hudson Street, every aspect of the restaurant was custom-designed and imported from Japan, where EN’s sister restaurant is located.

Guests included EN’s owner Reika Yo, model and photographer Helena Christensen, DJ and record producer Questlove, violinist Laurie Anderson, EN’s chef Abe Hiroki, artists of the fashion collective threeASFOUR Gabi Asfour, Angela Donhauser, and Adi Gil, owner of The Smile Carlos Quirate, artist Sydney Albertini, photographer Todd Eberle, and artist Nate Lowman.
