Kanye West to debut collection in Paris

Tuesday, September 13, 2011

Usually a front row fixture at Fashion Week, Kanye West’s absence from the shows this week seemed suspicious… until now. We hear that the singer turned fashion icon turned designer is working on a collection to show at Fashion Week in Paris. Christine Centenera, freelance stylist and fashion editor at Harper’s Bazaar Australia, has been reportedly traveling to Paris to consult with Kanye on his clothing line. Page Six also revealed that Givenchy’s creative director Riccardo Tisci would be mentoring Kanye, although that hasn’t been confirmed. Kanye is set to show on October 1st at 9:30pm, following Jean-Paul Gaultier’s show. “All of the lights” will shine on Kanye!
