Kenzo presents its resort 2015 collection

Tuesday, June 10, 2014

Monday evening at 4 World Trade Center, the fashion house of KENZO presented its resort 2015 collection. Creative Directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon welcomed friends and guests to enjoy their classic French-inspired garments.

The collection featured navy breton stripe. Girl’s chemise and cabans are exaggerated, modified and graphically enhanced. Big cross pleats, notch detailing and shifted proportions create a silhouette reminiscent of Parisian day wear. Bold and gilded hardware uttered on coats, sailor pants and jackets gush with gallic gusto.

Guest traveled all the way downtown to the Financial District to witness the eccentricity that is KENZO. Some of these guests included Dakota Fanning, Eva Chen, Shala Monroque, Leigh Lezark, China Chow and Chloe Sevigny.

Drinks and hor d’oeurves were served for guests to enjoy while they socialized and enjoyed a journey with the fashion forward.
