Palm Beach social set favorite Jet Aviation turned an opportunity for fun into a chance to do some good at their annual La Bella Macchina event on Jan. 21. While celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Cavallino Classic, one of the most renowned and respected Ferrari exhibitions in the world, the group managed to raise more than $46,000 for Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.

The event itself was a sleek affair, packed with Palm Beach notables and the latest and greatest in aviation and technology. Seven planes, two helicopters and a boat were presented, as well as–of course–more than 60 Ferraris. Event attendees included Lenny Lauren, Wyatt Koch, Chris Leavitt, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, and Marco Andretti to name just a few.

The funds raised for the Boys & Girls Clubs came from a silent auction and very spirited live auction. Item and events up for auction included a 3-day tennis excursion to Sir Richard Branson‘s Necker Cup with some of the world’s foremost pros going for a cool $20,000. Now that’s what we call a win-win.
