Summer may be wrapping up quick, but luckily, the Labor Day weekend calls for a chance to properly send off the warm weather season. So whether you’re planning on just relaxing and sunbathing by the pool, or hosting a beachside barbecue among family and friends, don’t forget to make a toast with a refreshing cocktail or two! Here, we share a few juicy favorites that are super simple to make.

1. Waikiki Coconut Strawberry Soda

4 cans of Bai5 Bubbles Waikiki Coconut

2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

8 oz. of whipped cream flavored vodka (Optional)

Place 2 cups of fresh sliced strawberries place into a large pitcher of ice. Pour Waikiki Coconut and whipped cream vodka into pitcher and stir gently. Serve in your favorite glass and garnish with extra strawberries.

2. Rooftop Lemonade

Belvedere Vodka, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Cucumber

2 oz. Belvedere Vodka

2 oz. Fresh Squeeze Lemonade

Shake vodka and lemonade well. Toss in cucumber slices and top with a lemon wedge.

3. Grasshopper

.75 oz. Stoli Vanil

1 oz. Marie Brizard White Creme de Coco

.75 oz. Marie Brizard Green Mint

.75 oz. light cream Swizzle

Combine all ingredients and add crushed ice. Top with a mint sprig.

4. Grand Raspberry Peach Mojito

2 oz. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach

5 fresh raspberries

0.75 oz. fresh lime juice

0.75 oz. simple syrup

Club soda

Handful mint leaves

In a shaker, muddle mint and raspberries. Add remaining ingredients except for club soda. Fill with ice, shake well, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

5. Grand Raspberry Peach Margarita

0.75 oz. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach

1.5 oz. tequila

0.5 oz. fresh lime juice

0.5 oz. simple syrup

In a shaker, add Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach, tequila, lime juice and simple syrup. Fill with ice, shake well and strain into a margarita glass or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a peach slice or lime wheel and a raspberry.
