On a perfect Saturday night in Palm Beach,  AVENUE double-A-listers Lisa and James Cohen (he’s the chairman and CEO of Hudson Media Inc., the leading magazine distributor in the Eastern U.S.), opened the doors of their extraordinary oceanfront estate for a cocktail party celebrating their fellow “On the Beach” A-listers and the annual Palm Beach issue of AVENUE, which contains that much-scrutinized register.  The party, held in their sprawling outdoor courtyard, attracted the cream of the beach scene in the storied resort.

Among the throng greeted by AVENUE’s CEO Randi Schatz (editor-in-chief Michael Gross had been stranded in New York by the previous day’s stormy weather) were Ambassador Earle I. Mack; Somers and Jonathan Farkas; Christine Schott and George Ledes; Susan Magrino and James Dunning; the producers of AVENUE’s current cover story on the Fresh Princes and Princesses of Palm Beach, Sam Bolton and Nick Mele, the latter with his wife Molly; Kay Gilman; Tino Riva; Gabrielle Coniglio;Gene, Christine and Phyllis Pressman; Lenny Lauren; Sharon Bush; Lady Sharon Sondes and Geoffrey Thomas; Mona de Sayve; Emmy and Rudy Scheerer; Regine Traulsen and Bill Diamond; jewelers Peggy Stephaich Guinness and Janis Savitt; Paola Bacchini and Arnie Rosenshein; Krystian Von Speidel; Nathan Frank; Xiomi Murray; Roby Penn IV; Bryan and Serena Mattson; Darcy Fogg and Nathaniel Fogg; Jackie Weld Drake; Gabrielle Coniglio; Kenn Karakul; Joe Scheerer; Robin and Robert Leacock; Asha Puthli; Bill Sclight; Cheri Kaufman; Pamela O’Connor; James West; Mahtie Forouz; Tino Riva; Joe Scheerer; Chris Leavitt; Stacey Leuliette; Maribel Alvarez and many more.
