The Rellies, Euan and Lucy, give good party and last night’s birthday dinner for style maven Lucy was no exception. “It’s the 40th birthday I never had,” Lucy joked to her 120 guests at the Park Avenue Tavern, a new hot spot/drinking and dining den near Grand Central Station.

Who was there? Alina Cho, Amanda Ross, Amy Sacco, Boardwalk Empire‘s pregnant Gretchen Mol and director husband Kip Williams (who said of his latest film Paranormal Activity 2: “It’s only a horror movie”), designers Steven Alan, Peter Som and Prabal Gurung; Coralie Charriol Paul, Hamish Bowles, Susan Shin, India Hicks, author Ivana Lowell, Ann Caruso, Mary Alice Stephenson, Meredith Melling Burke, Jacob Bernstein, Bettina Zilkha, Tyler Thoreson of Gilt Man, Mickey Boardman, Boom Boom’s main man Joey Jalleo, Sarah Ruffin Costello (also preggers), Lana Ogilvie, Paul Costello, Celerie Kemble, Bronson Van Wyck, Andrew Fry, Jim Shi, Jennifer Creel, Maggie Betts and Annelise Peterson, to name a handful.

Patrick McMullan‘s son Liam spun old school hip hop tunes, keeping the crowd up past midnight on a Monday night. And by the way, Lucy turned 41.
