Since 2012, designer Stephanie von Watzdorf‘s womenswear line Figue has fused bohemian influences and luxury craftsmanship into a final product that looks good as good in Sumatra as it does in Southampton. In the half-decade since her label’s launch, von Watzdorf has opened a studio in Manhattan, a boutique in East Hampton, and now, a pop-up shop in Palm Beach. Like any new arrival, the store wanted to introduce itself to its neighbors—and what better way than with a party! Hosted by Lizzi Bickford, Katherine Lande, Krystian von Speidel, and Angela Cortesio, the soiree was held on the evening of February 19. Guests, both locals and visitors among them, toured the shop and met von Watzdorf and jewelry designer Sara Beltran. But that’s not all—holistic skincare specialist Tammy Fender was on hand to do botanical oil readings on guests, and there was plenty of shopping and cocktails to go around. On top of that, the party was for a good cause; a portion of the proceeds went to The Young Friends of the Palm Beach Symphony.

Attendees included Amory McAndrew, Darcy Jones, Gretchen Gunlocke Fenton, Jackie Valls, Jennifer Miller, Kari Talley, Kate Hemphill, Whitney Wolfe, Michael Lucas and Lilly Bunn.

Figue’s Spring/Summer collection hits the Palm Beach shop this week.
