Old Masters and New Mixologists at Christie’s

Christie’s celebrated the beginning of its “Old Masters Week” with a cocktail event at Rockefeller Center. Guests sipped on delicious cocktails, prepared by some of the best mixologists in New York, got fake tattoos and viewed this week’s amazing collection. “Old Master’s Week” which runs through January 29th will feature a series of auctions showcasing exceptional paintings, drawings, sculpture and decorative objects created throughout Europe from the 13th through the 19th centuries. Highlights include paintings by Agnolo Bronzino, Caravaggio, Guido Reni, Theodoor Rombouts and Annibale Carracci and drawings by Sir Peter Paul Rubens and Jacques-Louis David.

 Among the invited guests were Joshua Glazer, Lady Liliana Cavendish, Sara Fox, Phoebe Alix, Danielle Mindess, Rob Cohen, Adam Teeter, Naomi Firestone-Teeter, Susanna Horsey, Jacqueline Garavent, Jessica Shapiro, Blair Asbury Brooks, Liddy Berman, Susi Kenna, Margaret White, Emmeline Kuhn, Chrissy Crawford, Julie Brener and Adriel Saporta.
