The AVENUEinsider attempts not to be a sun worshipper and even use that gooey, drippy SPF stuff. But now we have a chicer solution to premature aging: Cocopani beach umbrellas from Australia that provide that much needed UV30+ protection.


The umbrellas come in a bubble gum range of colors and patterns and only cost $110. Cocopani also makes cool beach bags too. “I love color and that’s what Cocopani is all

about,” says designer Bianca Cheah. “The whole range is supposed to reflect memories from those days we spent at the beautiful beaches here in Australia when we were kids.”


We haven’t been to Sydney’s Tamarama (a.k.a. Glamarama) beach in almost a decade, but look for us under this Cocopani beach umbrella at Ditch Plains beach in Montauk.
