The Real Estate and Construction Council 44th annual gala, held in a tent in Damrosch Park on Wednesday night, honored Jeff Blau, the CEO of Related Properties and benefited the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund. The council has brought together leaders in New York’s vitally important real estate and construction industries to support Lincoln Center since just after the arts center opened. The fund raises and distributes crucial, unrestricted corporate support among Lincoln Center’s resident arts organizations.

The Council’s Co-Chairs are Lawrence B. Benenson, Gary Jacob, and Jonathan L. Mechanic, and its Emeriti Chairs are John J. Avlon and Peter L. Malkin.

With one gift, the Corporate Fund allows companies to support 10 world-renowned arts organizations and play a part in supporting their artistic, educational, and community outreach programs that reach millions annually and make Lincoln Center a national treasure. As an expression of gratitude, the Corporate Fund offers its member companies and their employees an outstanding array of benefits to 10 arts organizations that comprise Lincoln Center. Members enjoy enhanced brand awareness, behind-the-scenes access, numerous specially priced and complimentary ticket offers, access to an exclusive concierge ticketing service, and a range of elegant, client entertaining options at Lincoln Center venues.
