Right On! By Susan Wood

Tuesday, July 7, 2015

Relive ‘The Lennon Years’ with the East Hampton Historical Society this August, as they launch a new exhibition.

Right On: The Lennon Years features photographs by Susan Wood from 1968-1978, which portray the icons of art, music and politics who helped shape a generation. Wood’s work astutely captures the pulse of this unique era in history and puts a heavy focus on one of the most influential couples of the decade, John Lennon and Yoko Ono.

To celebrate the exhibition, the East Hampton Historical Society is hosting an opening reception on Saturday, August 8 from 4-7pm.

The event at Mulford Farm Museum, East Hampton, will offer the chance to speak to the photographer herself, and hear her anicodotes of the ‘Lennon Years’ firsthand.

The exhibition will run until October 18.
