Soho’s Sweet Suit Spot: SUITSUPPLY

Already a style sensation in Europe where they have over 35 stores, SUITSUPPLY is now up and running at 453 Broome Street. The 5,000+ square foot space is all lacquered smoothness and mixes the feeling of a cool member’s only lounge with a shop that has everything a sharp dressed dude needs from shirts, belts, shoes and jackets to a bespoke section. A red velvet jacket had us drooling. And we also learned that 2 inch cuffs are the look of the moment.

The brainchild of founder and CEO Fokke de Jong (who told us he flies between New York and Amsterdam almost weekly), SUITSUPPLY offers high end materials for well cut suits with great prices (think $399-$899 for ready to wear). And because they have two full-time tailors working on classic steel sewing machines on site (and in plain view), the turnaround is practically hours to get your suit fitting you like a glove – well a bespoke glove that is.

We have one SUITSUPPLY suit and can’t wait to order more and more and more…
