Reinvigorate your senses this spring with a refreshing splash of vodka . . . minus the guilt.


Ariana – a newly launched restaurant dedicated to serving traditional Russian fare with a modern twist, conceptualized by Russian recording artist Ariana Grinblat – introduces its delightful assortment of light and healthy libations, infused with incredible, farm-fresh ingredients such as green bell peppers and crisp fennel. The sumptuous spread is a fantastic addition to Ariana’s impressive array of fine wines, beers, and spirits, which boasts a stunning collection of aged and infused vodkas.

Green Bell Pepper Martini


Green Bell Pepper Martini  - Ariana SoHo


• 1 1/2 oz of green bell pepper juice

(place green bell pepper in a blender, then use a double strainer to get juice)

• 1/2 oz of dill infused vodka

(infuse dill in vodka for 3 days before use)

• 1 1/2 oz of vodka

• 1/4 oz of lime juice

• 1/5 oz of agave


Directions:

Combine all ingredients, and shake with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and rimmed with

house-made salt.


House salt: 1 spoon of Himalayan salt, half spoon of fennel seeds, 3 whole star anise and 1 oz of Sambuca.

Flambé the ingredients until fully incorporated. Dip rocks glass in resulting mixture.

Strawberry Fennel



Strawberry and Fennel  - Ariana SoHo



• A handful of strawberries

• 1 oz of Galliano

• 1 oz Combier

• 4 slices fresh fennel

• 1 ½ oz vodka

• ½ oz lime juice

• ½ oz agave nectar

• Splash of champagne


Directions:

Cut 2-3 strawberries in half.

Flambé them in Combier and Galliano liqueur, (1 oz Galliano, 1 oz Combier).

Let the strawberries cool off.

Take a shaker and muddle 2-3 small slices of fresh fennel.

After, add around 2 of the flambéed strawberries and muddle a second gently.

From there, add 1 ½ oz vodka, ½ oz of lime juice, ½ oz of agave nectar and shake the mixture with ice.

Pour in a rocks glass with any remaining fruit and top with a splash of champagne.

Garnish with a strawberry and slice of fennel.

The Petite


The Petite  - Ariana SoHo




•  8 green grapes

• 1 1/2 oz of vodka

• 1 oz of elderflower liqueur

• 3/4 oz of lime juice

• 1/4 oz of agave nectar

• ¼ oz club soda

• ¼ oz hibiscus elixir


Directions:

Muddle 4 grapes in a shaker.

Add the rest of ingredients except for the hibiscus elixir and soda.

Shake with ice, and then pour in a rocks glass along with the remaining grapes.

Add a dash of hibiscus elixir and a splash of soda, and top it all off with a single green grape.
