Paris-based full service brand Surface to Air has finally set solid roots here in New York City, and every cool kid from Genevieve Jones to Kid Cudi was on hand last night to take a peek. Just in time for Fashion Week, the brand has settled at 27 Mercer Street, opening it’s first North American flagship, and the result is a fittingly trendy and edgy space offering all of our favorite goodies.

As the perfect way to kick off the crazy week ahead, editors, celebrities and socialites alike flocked to the Belvedere sponsored party for cocktails, crudités and an exclusive first-look at Surface’s offerings. Creative director Aldric Speer and film-maker Jeremie Rozan mingled with their latest collaborators Chromeo and Kid Cudi while guests like Kristian Laliberte and Natalie Obradovich danced the night away, celebrating the start of a new season and the arrival of a coveted French designer. Vive la France!
